For a Team Headshot session, 2–4 weeks is usually enough. For a Brand Day or the start of a retainer, 4–6 weeks gives us time to plan properly and ensure the shoot aligns with any launches or milestones you have coming up.

Yes — and I prefer it. On-site photography in your actual office produces imagery that’s more authentic and more useful. Your space is part of your brand. That said, if you’d like a neutral or studio environment, I can accommodate that too.

A 90 minute headshot session works well for up to 15 people. A full 3-hour Bran Day can accommodate a larger team alongside culture and space photography. If you have 30+ people, we’ll scope accordingly — reach out and we’ll figure out the right structure.

Team Headshot sessions: 5 business Days. Brand Day sessions: 10 business days. Retainer sessions follow a delivery schedule we’ll agree on together.

Yes. All packages include a commercial license for web, social, and internal use. If you need broadcast or advertising rights, let’s discuss — this can be added to any package.

I’m based in San Francisco and work regularly across the Bay Area at no additional cost. Travel outside the Bay Area is available — just reach out for a custom quote.
